The objective of this project is to make it an icon of the region with the intention that the building itself represents the design work that will be exhibited inside to attract clients and admirers of art and design.

To reduce the horizontality of the project and give movement to the new facade, we opted to settle the southeast corner with a double height generating a downward slope towards the original height of the building.

It was decided to split this slope to give dynamism to the facade reducing the plane and giving movement and modernism.
